You will need Therapy .... it's that good

Therapy by Kathryn Perez

Jessica Alexander is senior in high school. She has no friends, actually she totally hated. Jessica is broken inside, she uses her poems and cutting as a way to escape. Jessica also uses sex with boys to help her feel numb. Jessica is harassed by the “mean girls” they call her a slut and prank her every chance they get and she just lowers her head and allows this to happen. Jessica is befriended by the hottest guy in the school and her archenemy boyfriend, Jace! Jace is everything Jessica ever wanted in a guy and he the only one who have given her attention and puts a smile on her face.
Jace Collins is football player, he hates seeing people degrade Jessica. He has a secret from his past that no one knows. Jace trusts Jessica with that secret. He wants to be different with Jessica, he wants to be her friend. He wants her to be a part of his life always. Jace and Jessica become close and she lies to him and that changes both of their worlds. Will they be able to move on from this or will this be the end?

Ok this is going to be seriously the hardest review I have ever done. Kathryn Perez I could literary kiss this woman! I started this book at 11 at night and why did I do that because I didn’t get any sleep. As a reader I was blown away with concern for Jessica! I felt so strongly connected to help this character although I know this is a fiction. I also know there is a Jessica somewhere out there. I love a book with purpose, romance and humor. I love the connection of these characters. It was so realistic like I was reading an autobiography real. I am a sucker for sweet men. Jace wasn't just sweet, he was honest, patient and I swooned him from the mention of his name. Kathryn has true skill and I know new writers should read her. Its not just the story she is clever how she it came on paper. I totally want every person I know to read this story! Parents, peers, men, women! Mental illness is looked at a negative weak disease some don't even think its a disease they think it a sign of weakness and it totally is not. It is so important to be educated and this amazing book will have you feeling so amazed about what you have learned. If I could I would give this book a trillion stars. So perfectly written and the biggest book-hangover I have ever had. Great job Kathryn Perez.
