I love both books that Brandace has wrote but Fate's Mistake blew me away!!!

This is the second book in the Los Rancheros Series and I was not surprised that it was A-MAZING since I loved Fan Girl so much!!!

Fate's Mistake is a dark story of domestic abuse, with both physical and mental agony. Kinley is stuck in a loveless marriage to Jeremy who is abusive and unfaithful. Kinley is scared to stay but also scared to leave; he is the only one she has left.

Then Danny comes into Kinley's life.... And changes everything.

Danny doesn’t know why exactly it was happening but when he saw this girl in distress he knew he had to speak up. He wanted to be able to offer help, be present for her if she would except at hopefully giving her a better chance at life.

Kinley wants to start over and learn to live on her own with the help of her new friend Lu..But she doesn't know how to achieve that.
